Over the last two weeks I have had some really positive experiences that I would like to share with you. This cochlear implant has changed my life for the better.
I was hoping to take a more active part in the conversation at yesterday's dinner but once again the amount of noise defeated me and although I heard more than at past events I didn't meet my higher expectations.
I'm still pinching myself about how well I managed yesterday!!
My experience contiues to be positive and my training is paying off but a friend has a different experiece to tell about.
