It was an event held in The Haberdashers Hall London on the 6th July.
It brought together many diverse providers of assistive aids to those with hearing loss and also those who could provide assistance for employers of people with hearing loss. The day comprised of exhibitions, workshops and presentations and ended with a gala dinner at Haberdashers Hall in the evening.
This innovative and ground-breaking event was hosted by Hearing Link, a leading UK Hearing Loss Charity, and the Master of the Worshipful Company of Feltmakers.

There was also a panel of five people who told their story about living with hearing loss. These included Bella Bathurst who has recently published a book about her amazing experience of hearing loss and hearing regained. It covers many other aspects of living with hearing loss and is well worth reading. “Stories of Hearing Lost and Found.” - Bella Bathurst published by Profile Books
All the stories were interesting and different although they had the common theme of living with hearing loss and the actions of others running through their presentations.
